Dates: June 28-July 2, 2010
Times: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Ages: 4-13
Cost: $130
Team/Group Discount: A team/group discount of $10 per player is available for groups of 6 or more.
Sibling Discount: A $5 per sibling discount is available.
(2 siblings attend = $10 off)
Refund Policy: Refunds will be made in event of cancellation up to one week prior to camp. Emergency withdrawals within one-week of camp will be considered on a case-by-case basis. An administrative fee of $30 will be retained in event of refund.

Camp Director:
Laura Kerrigan – Head Girls Coach at Cary H.S.
After an outstanding career as an All-American college player and W-League National Tournament MVP, Coach Kerrigan went on to coach for 18 years in Division I college soccer at N.C. State, William and Mary, American University and Colorado College. In 2008, she left the college game to spend more time with her own children. She currently coaches at Cary High School in Cary, North Carolina and continues to work with the Olympic Development Program. She is a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America National Academy Staff and teaches coaching courses all over the country. She has coached every age group from Under-4 up to the college level. She possesses a United States Soccer Federation “A” Coaching License. Coach Kerrigan is well respected on both the regional and national levels as an outstanding player and teacher of the game of soccer. Her energy and enthusiasm, combined with her hands-on coaching style, allows her to personally direct every aspect of the camp. Coach Kerrigan has an undying passion for and dedication to the sport of soccer and to the young people who play it.
*Our staff coaches are selected based upon their ability to work with children, as well as demonstrate and explain the skills that will be covered during camp. The coaching staff will work closely with each camper to help him or her develop into a more complete player."

A Message from Camp Director, Laura Kerrigan:
Dear Prospective Campers and Parents:
Soccer has been such a huge part of my life, ever since I was a child. I love the game of soccer and I am passionate about sharing it with others. At my camp, you will see me on the fields, talking and working with our campers. My primary goal for each camper is to have them learn the game of soccer through fun-based activities that emphasize development of their technical and tactical abilities, to improve their overall game. We will also teach them how to train on their own so that they can continue to develop their skills when they leave camp. We want them to bring their passion for the game back to their own teams and continue to thrive in new environments. I take pride in hiring qualified coaches who understand our goals and coaching methodology of our camp and implement them in training each day. Our soccer camp provides a competitive environment that will challenge our campers to bring their game to the next level.
I have over 20 years of experience working at various soccer camps clinics throughout the country and have used that experience to mold our camp into what I believe to be the best training environment for our campers. We also tailor our training to accommodate the needs of any teams who attend our camp so that they can develop, as both individuals and as a team.

Frequently Asked Questions:
All the campers supervised at all times?
Yes, we supervise the campers at all times during camp. We realize that you are entrusting us with the care of your child and we take that responsibility very seriously.
Can parents stay and watch?
Yes, parents are welcome to observe any portion of training they would like. We ask that you stay off the playing area, but there is plenty of space around the field, as well as in the bleachers.
Are there medical forms and/or a liability waiver?
Yes, upon receipt of your application, we will send you a link with a form to fill out.
Does my child need to bring money?
No. There is a snack bar at XL Soccer World, and if any campers wish to purchase snacks, they may. However, we encourage you to have your child bring his or her own snacks/drinks so that they do not need to bring money.
Does my child need to bring snacks and/or a drink?
Your child needs to bring water or some sort of sports drink. Your child should also bring a snack to have during our mid-morning break, as the camp runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
